Each quarter The Galeries conducts a major in-centre campaign to drive customer engagement and sales. For this campaign, we were tasked with creating a campaign that brought to life. The Galeries positioning – Cult/ure & Devotion with their core Suitster demographic.


The concept tapped into a current trend and music streaming services feature; the ability to choose music to match your mood. We applied this technology to the traditional store directory, to create The Galeries Musical Store Directory.


In-centre activity included invisible music-spotlight stations, in-store signage and a ground floor installation. The promotion gave shoppers the chance to win double passes to 19 live shows, with partner Spotify also offering 100 chances to win 3 months of Spotify Premium simply by interacting with the Musical Store Directory.
